The Goldfield Solar EIS Fund is structured as an unregulated collective investment scheme and will seek to provide investors with the opportunity to invest in companies which will purchase Solar PV Systems which are installed on residential properties in the UK. These systems qualify for payments under the Government backed FIT scheme and are approved for the purposes of this scheme. The fund is aiming to raise £10M by April 2011
