The Par Syndicate EIS Fund offers investors the ability to co-invest alongside business angels in innovative young EIS-qualifying companies with high growth potential.  Par Equity invests in companies active in various forms of innovative technology, or using technology as a core part of an innovative business model.  Par Equity believes that value is built through individuals with knowledge and experience of the sectors investee companies operate in being actively involved before and after investment.

Close date:  Initial closing date (subject to minimum aggregate subscriptions of £500,000 being reached) 30 September 2011.  Final closing date 31 March 2012 or the date on which aggregate subscriptions reach £10,000,000 if earlier.
