Merepark Solar EIS Fund

Investment in a number of solar projects in the UK targeting a return of £1.29 for each 70p invested (IRR of 15%) or an equivalent IRR of 36% for a 50% tax payer.  The Fund has the following characteristics:

No Development Risk - The Fund will only invest in pre-installed solar generating assets

Secured qualifying assets – Exclusive pipeline of eighty 50 kWp commercial sites reserved for the Fund.

Protection against inflation The Fund’s income from Feed-in Tariffs will be linked to the Retail Prices Index.

Proven management Merepark, established in 1992, managing commercial and renewable assets of £200 million (www.merepark.co.uk) assisted by URS Scott Wilson a leading provider of engineering, construction and technical services to the renewable energy sector (www.urs-scottwilson.com).

Exit route – Management must achieve exit before 4 years for investors to crystallise their incentive fee.
