St Helen’s Capital plc established in 1998 is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority, is a member of the London Stock Exchange and also a Corporate Adviser member of PLUS. St Helens offers an integrated corporate finance advisory service providing fundraising and preparing companies to enter the public markets on PLUS or AIM. The Company commenced trading on PLUS in December 2000 and is now the largest PLUS Corporate Adviser handling 34 PLUS-quoted clients and a broking service to AIM companies. The Company is rapidly growing and, in addition to providing a corporate advisory service, St Helen’s Capital plc provides an equity sales and research service to institutional clients.
