Entrepreneur Membership of the EIS Association is designed for UK start-ups and scale-ups that are raising, or planning to raise, capital through the Enterprise Investment Scheme (EIS) or Seed Enterprise Investment Scheme (SEIS).

Eligibility and Application
Entrepreneur Membership is open only to UK start-ups and scale-ups that have raised, or are about to raise, investment through EIS or SEIS.
It is not available to advisory firms, professional services providers, or individual founders — those organisations should apply for Corporate Membership.
Applications are reviewed by the EIS Association to ensure eligibility and alignment with the membership purpose. Successful applicants will receive confirmation and guidance on accessing member benefits once the review is complete.
